h\u00e5ndteret gennem oprettelsen af STAY OK-tr\u00e6ningsplanen, som vil v\u00e6re m\u00e5lrettet ledere af sm\u00e5 virksomheder. Dette erhvervsuddannelsesprogram vil blive testet i praksis og valideret med st\u00f8tte fra vigtige interessenter: mindst 120 ledere af sm\u00e5 virksomheder vil blive involveret i pilotuddannelsen og modtage certifikater. De deltagende virksomheder vil repr\u00e6sentere den professionelle og forretningsm\u00e6ssige servicesektor, omr\u00e5der, der er helt fokuseret p\u00e5 levering af intellektuelle tjenester.
