empresas se gestionar\u00e1n mediante la creaci\u00f3n del plan de formaci\u00f3n STAY OK, que estar\u00e1 dirigido a los l\u00edderes de las peque\u00f1as empresas. Este programa de formaci\u00f3n en EFP se probar\u00e1 sobre el terreno y se validar\u00e1 con el apoyo de las principales partes interesadas: al menos 120 l\u00edderes de peque\u00f1as empresas participar\u00e1n en la formaci\u00f3n piloto y recibir\u00e1n certificados. Las empresas participantes representar\u00e1n al sector de los servicios profesionales y empresariales, \u00e1mbitos totalmente centrados en la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios intelectuales.
